Stornobedingungen – English below
Der Sterzhaw ist mit einem enormen Maß an Organisation verbunden und birgt ein finanzielles Risiko für die veranstaltenden Vereine. Für die finanzielle Planung muss es ein gewisses Maß an Absicherung geben. Aus diesen Gründen haben wir folgende Stornobedingungen für den Sterzhaw:
- Bis 30 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn könnt ihr euch abmelden und bekommt den vollen Teilnahmebetrag rückerstattet.
- Bis 14 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn bekommt Ihr 50% des Teilnahmebetrags exklusive eventueller Merchandise Vorbestellungen rückerstattet.
- Bei späterer Abmeldung werden grundsätzlich keine Kosten rückerstattet.
- Verbindlichkeit der Anmeldung innerhalb der Stornofrist:
Erfolgt eine Anmeldung innerhalb der Stornofrist (d.h. ab 30 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn), ist diese verbindlich. Eine nachträgliche Abmeldung entbindet die teilnehmende Person nicht von der Zahlungspflicht gemäß den geltenden Stornobedingungen – auch dann nicht, wenn der Teilnahmebetrag noch nicht überwiesen wurde. - Die freie Übertragung des Teilnahmeplatzes ist nicht möglich

Cancellation Policy
The Sterzhaw involves a significant amount of organization and carries a financial risk for the organizing clubs. To ensure financial planning, there needs to be a certain level of security. For these reasons, we have established the following cancellation policy for the Sterzhaw:
- Up to 30 days before the start of the event you can cancel and receive a full refund of the participation fee.
- Up to 14 days before the start of the event you will receive a 50% refund of the participation fee, excluding any merchandise pre-orders.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this deadline.
- Binding Registration Within the Cancellation Period:
Registrations made within the cancellation period (i.e. from 30 days before the event) are binding. A subsequent cancellation does not release the participant from the obligation to pay the applicable participation fee in accordance with the cancellation policy – even if payment has not yet been made. - The free transfer of participation spot is not possible
